What we do

Sometimes pastors & churches need an outside perspective and fresh ideas to move forward with vision or to get "un-stuck". Michael has successfully advanced church vision, mission, and strategies in multiple settings that have resulted in congregational growth, engagement, and spiritual maturity. Michael can walk you and your church through an integrative change process to help you reach your full potential.

Each of us has our own set of challenges and/or desires that an outside voice can hep us with. Michael and/or Jennifer are available to meet with you in person or by Zoom/phone. 

We're honored to serve churches and organizations by encouraging people through preaching, stories of hope, compassion, and gospel impact from around the world.

With nearly 30 years in pastoral ministry, we understand the heart of the local church and the responsibility of leading people well. Whether preaching, teaching, or sharing real-world ministry stories, my goal is to strengthen faith, inspire generosity, and highlight how the Church is bringing hope to those in need.

Ministry fatigue, feelings of failure, isolation, and burnout are at an all time time high in the church. In America, smaller church pastors are often viewed as failures or at least second class citizens. Our Cohorts address real ministry and personal issues that nearly every leader faces. Also, the experience will help you cultivate relationships not only with your lead mentor but with those who are walking a similar road. In this atmosphere of shared values, trust, and confidentiality, you will  grow in your relationship with Christ and one another. Life-long friendships will be forged in this sacred space.
